Delivery methods

Torino Fiori directly delivers flowers plants and all other Shop products by hand through its own deliverymen.

- Same-day delivery between 9 a.m. and 7.30 p.m., free rate for all areas
- Morning delivery between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. single rate 6€ for all areas
- Afternoon delivery between 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., single rate 6€ for all areas

Same day delivery is possible if the order is placed by 12:00 noon

Terms of delivery service:

If the recipient is absent, the deliveryman will try to contact the sender or recipient by phone, if no solution can be found he will consider whether to leave the floral gift with a trusted acquaintance or neighbor and ultimately in front of the front door and write a note or send a text message to let them know from whom the floral gift can be picked up.

If the delivery person is unable to locate the recipient, and cannot leave the floral gift with anyone else or anywhere safe, they will notify us of the impossibility of delivery and we will notify the sender. In this case, the customer may request to deliver again at other times or other place by paying for the new delivery.
