Can I order flowers and have them delivered same day?
Yes we can make same-day delivery for orders received before 12 noon
Is it possible to write a card to attach to the flowers?
Yes certainly, during the purchase process it will be possible to write a text that will then be transcribed by hand on a card.
Can I have the flowers delivered anonymously?
In the event that no text is written for the card the flowers will be delivered anonymously. We will take care to preserve the privacy of the sender

Are your flowers always fresh?
Yes our flowers are always fresh, we have no stock of flowers but daily arrivals from major Dutch and local suppliers.
Is there a guarantee on your products?
Perishable products do not by law have a warranty or return option, but our policy is focused on maximum customer satisfaction, so we are always willing to evaluate on a case-by-case basis if the quality of the product does not meet our standards
Is it also possible to place an order by phone or chat?
