Online Catalog

At www.torinofiori.it you can purchase floral gifts, plants, cakes, wines and gift items. Some products such as cakes, wines and gifts are produced by third parties and only delivered to the customer by Torino Fiori. Torino Fiori floral gifts displayed in this catalog are made by Torino Fiori florists using fresh, high-quality flowers and plants. In some cases, the delivered product may differ from the pictured representation in shapes and colors depending on the season or actual availability at the time of order. Torino Fiori strives to maintain or increase the value of the floral gift. Accordingly, photos are for illustrative purposes only.

The order

The customer will be able to select the product that meets his or her needs and choose the desired delivery date and location. He will be able to add a text that Torino Fiori will include on a card that will accompany the selected product. He will need to accurately enter the recipient's information, paying close attention to the correct entry of the necessary information to ensure the successful completion of the order. Finally, to complete the order he will have to provide some of his personal data necessary for sending the invoice (some fields are optional) and make the payment through one of the following ways:

1) Online credit card through the Payplug service: you will only need to enter your card details (card type, number, expiration date and if necessary the control code). The transaction will be handled entirely by Payplug ensuring the highest levels of security.

2) Paypal: PayPal is the fast and reliable way to buy online in just a few clicks without sharing your financial data with Torino Fiori. The transaction takes place between the buyer and Paypal, and the credit card information is processed exclusively by PayPal for the checks necessary to authorize the online payment. Torino Fiori will then manage only the buyer's data (first name, last name, address...) necessary to send the invoice for the purchase made and to manage the delivery of the floral gift to the home of the recipient indicated in the order.

3) Satispay: with your smartphone, you will simply enter your phone number and use the Satispay App to proceed with the payment.

Prices

The prices shown in the Torino Fiori online catalog next to each product are inclusive of VAT and include packaging and wrapping except where indicated otherwise. For some items, it will be possible to choose an alternative price from the proposed price in case you want the same floral tribute but with a larger number of flowers. Should the recipient refuse, for any reason, the flowers delivered by our deliveryman, Torino Fiori will still have the right to be paid in full and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

Delivery and delivery conditions

Flower delivery can only be made from Monday to Saturday according to the following options:

- Same-day delivery with deliveryman 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. time slot

- Home delivery with deliveryman morning/afternoon. The customer will be able to choose between delivery in the morning 9:00/14:00 or afternoon 14:00/20:00

Same-day delivery is possible for orders placed by 12:00 noon

Exceptions:

Orders requested for the holidays: Valentine's Day; Women's Day; Easter; Mother's Day; Christmas; New Year's Day, given the expected volume of deliveries, may close earlier than 12:00 noon. In the event that the above holidays fall on a Sunday, deliveries will be open throughout the day.

In the event that the recipient is absent, the delivery person will attempt to contact the recipient by phone to arrange where and to whom to drop off the flowers. If the deliveryman cannot locate the recipient, he will consider whether it is possible to leave the flowers with a concierge, a neighbor, an adjacent business premises, and as a last resort, he may leave the flowers on the landing in front of the recipient's front door (only in a safe and secure setting).

There is no second delivery except in special cases where because of us it was not possible to make the delivery the first time. Torino Fiori guarantees delivery during the specified time slots, and delivery at specific times chosen by the customer will not be possible, however, unless previously agreed upon together based on the availability of our deliveryman.

Correctness of recipient's address

Please verify that the address and telephone number given are correct and complete. We cannot assume any responsibility for delays or non-deliveries as a result of incorrect or incomplete directions. To enable the florist to fulfill the order on time and without inconvenience, the following additional information should be provided:

• In case of delivery to a hospital, indicate the ward and room number if possible.
• In case of delivery to a hotel, please, if possible, indicate the room number and the name under which the recipient or addressee is registered with the hotel (group, spouses, etc.).

For delivery requests to companies or stores, for proper execution of orders, please indicate the name of the companies or stores.

Order confirmation

For each order you will receive within a few minutes an e-mail confirmation containing the order number as well as detailed information regarding the product purchased, the price, the delivery date and the address of the sender and the recipient. Please check from the order confirmation that all data are correct and if there is no different communication from you Torino Fiori will rely on the data entered in the order.

Warranty

We assure you, that all your orders will be carried out with skill and quality and that the flowers and arrangements will be delivered fresh. Our guarantee includes:

• the delivery of the ordered goods by the deliveryman
• the quality and absolute freshness of the product
• the delivery for the requested day (see delivery)
• the price published on the website

For any kind of complaint, please write to us at info@torinofiori.it no later than three days from the date of delivery.

Privacy

In the execution of this contract, Torino Fiori commits to full compliance with the existing legislation on privacy D.lgs. 196/2003 and following.

Torino Fiori guarantees that the collection and processing of users´ data, even by electronic or automated means, will take place exclusively for the provision of the service in full compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data and confidentiality (Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments). The data required for the execution of an order will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties. Credit card information is not stored on our servers: charging is done online via an encrypted link with the credit card company. IP addresses are used exclusively for the management of the Torino Fiori site .

Our site requires so-called "cookies" in order to know the current content of your shopping cart. The cookie itself contains no personal information but only an identification code that helps our site find your entries when you advance to the next stage of your purchase. All information regarding your cookie is deleted 24 hours after your transaction on our server.

Ordering products and services from our site is done through an order form. The personal data entered is used by Torino Fiori and the contractual partner to deliver the goods and to confirm the order to the customer. Torino Fiori manages the sending of commercial communications, offers and promotions by e-mail, telefax, Mms (Multimedia Messaging Service) or Sms (Short Message Service) type messages or other types of messages in accordance with art. 130 of Legislative Decree n°196/03. You may at any time request the updating, correction or deletion of your data by sending an e-mail to shop@torinofiori.it. The data you enter are recorded and stored by the system in order to activate the various services offered. These data can be used by Torino Fiori for sending commercial communications, offers and promotions. Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded under Article 59 letters c) and d) of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005.

Cancellation / right of revocation of order

An order may be cancelled up to one business day before the chosen delivery date by quoting the relevant order number. A cancellation after this deadline can only be accepted as an exception and a refund of the order value is not guaranteed.
